Dining Experience at Fogo de Chão

Yesterday, my friends and I celebrated my roommate's 21st birthday at Fogo de Chão. I previously visited this Brazilian Steakhouse and the food and service was impeccable. I knew that I had to go back, so I suggested this place. Three hours later, the five of us were on a cab heading to the restaurant. As soon as we walked in, the smell of the broiling steak and the cheese bread puffs was palpable. Our hunger was unbearable! I forgot to make reservation, so we had to wait to be seated.   Few minutes passed, and a waiter approached to us. His name was Ahilan and he kindly explained to us on how to order food. A green card meant “I want more food,” and a red card meant “No more food.” After the end of our meal, the manager was kind enough to offer us free dessert in honor of my friend’s birthday. Every time that I leave the restaurant after a meal, I can’t help but contemplate my next visit.
